Guideline for Abstract Submission

All authors are required to upload their poster abstract to the online abstract submission system. Please prepare your abstract in PDF format for the submission. When you download the abstract template as below, you can see the format of abstracts in detail and check how to make abstracts appropriately.
Abstracts must be no more than 3 pages in length. The abstract template is available through the link below. Submissions will be reviewed for acceptance as an oral presentation or poster. Accepted abstracts will be published digitally by IEEE as IITC Conference Proceedings without further changes.

IMPORTANT NOTE
  • If you want to withdraw your submitted abstract, you have to email to IEEE IITC 2025 Secretariat (info@iitc2025.org).

Abstract Submission Procedure

  • Click the “ONLINE ABSTRACT
    SUBMISSION SYSTEM” button.

  • Register your ID and PW.

  • Submit your abstract in PDF format

  • After the paper submission, the corresponding author and presenter will receive the confirmation letter from the IEEE IITC 2025 secretariat within a week by e-mail.

  • If you have not received the confirmation letter within one week, please feel free to contact us (E-mail: info@iitc2025.org / Tel: +82-42-472-7460).
  • In order to view or modify the submitted abstract, you need to click "Modify" button after login with your ID and PW.
