Guideline for Paper Submission

All authors are required to upload their paper to the online paper submission system. Please prepare your paper in PDF format for the submission. When you download the paper template as below, you can see the format of papers in detail and check how to make papers appropriately.
The regular papers must be no more than 3 pages in length. The paper template is available through the link below. Submissions will be reviewed for acceptance as an oral presentation or poster. Accepted papers will be published digitally by IEEE as IITC Conference Proceedings without further changes.

IMPORTANT NOTE
  • If you want to withdraw your submitted Paper, you have to email to IEEE IITC 2025 Secretariat (info@iitc2025.org).

Abstract Submission Procedure

  • Click the “ONLINE PAPER
    SUBMISSION SYSTEM” button.

  • Register your ID and PW.

  • Submit your Paper in PDF format

  • After the paper submission, the corresponding author and presenter will receive the confirmation letter from the IEEE IITC 2025 secretariat within a week by e-mail.

  • If you have not received the confirmation letter within one week, please feel free to contact us (E-mail: info@iitc2025.org / Tel: +82-42-472-7460).
  • In order to view or modify the submitted abstract, you need to click "Modify" button after login with your ID and PW.
